We practice flexible dieting encouraging nutrient rich foods. Our mission is to help enhance clients nutrition habits to ensure lasting results.

 

Pricing

Clients are called to commit to 3 months paid in full ($450). Each month after clients will pay month to month ($150).

To ensure accuracy clients will use MyFitnessPal to track individualized macronutrients. In addition clients can use approaches such as using,

  • measuring cups

  • same plates, bowls, cups ect.

  • emphasising whole foods

Weekly check in’s will include daily logs of

  • protein, carb, and fat target

  • morning body weight

  • hours of sleep

  • stress level

  • and much more
