Ingredients

  • 1 slice of swift double smoked thick cut bacon

  • 1 whole egg

Instructions

  1. Spray muffin pan

  2. Wrap bacon around edges and place baking cup in the middle to keep shape

  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for 10 minutes

  4. Take baking cup out and crack the egg in the center of the bacon. Continue to cook for 20 minutes

  5. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and serve
