Ingredients

  • 5 ounces of swordfish

  • Rub or seasoning of choice

Instructions

  1. Pat fish dry with paper towel

  2. Spray swordfish lightly with cooking spray

  3. Rub seasoning onto the fish and let marinade for 10 min

  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit

  5. Cook swordfish for 20-25min

  6. Sprinkle fish with fresh herbs (optional) and enjoy
