Ingredients

  • 88g Ground turkey

  • 1oz Pepper jack cheese

  • 1 Quinoa tortilla (trader joes)

  • 2 Mini sweet peppers

Instructions

  1. Measure out ground turkey and roll and pat into a patty

  2. Spray skillet lightly and turn on medium high heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side

  3. Place all ingredients on tortilla, wrap, and place fold side down on skillet. Let fold of wrap melts for 1-2 minutes

  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for 20 minutes

  5. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve
