Ingredients
88g Ground turkey
1oz Pepper jack cheese
1 Quinoa tortilla (trader joes)
2 Mini sweet peppers
Instructions
Measure out ground turkey and roll and pat into a patty
Spray skillet lightly and turn on medium high heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side
Place all ingredients on tortilla, wrap, and place fold side down on skillet. Let fold of wrap melts for 1-2 minutes
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for 20 minutes
Let sit for 5 minutes and serve
