Ingredients

  • 30g Vegan pro protein powder

  • 1 Large egg white

  • 7g Almond flour

  • 65ml Unsweetened almond milk

  • 1tsp Pure vanilla extract

  • 1tbsp Peanut butter powder

Instructions

  1. Combine protein powder, egg white, almond flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract In a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Spray mug with non-stick spray then, microwave for 60 seconds

  3. In a separate bowl, mix 1tbs PB2 with water for sauce

  4. Allow to cool en enjoy!
